What should I do if the microphone has no sound?
1. Remove the phone case and try again if your phone case is thick.
2. Please flip and reinsert the receiver. Wait 2-5s to recognize the VPM20 by phone before recording.
3. Press the ‘M’ button for 2s to check that the mic’s mute is enabled.
How to achive the noise reduction effect to be the best?
1. Press the “M” button to adjust the mic volume.
2. Press the “Power” button on the mics to check if the ANC function is enabled.
3. It is recommended to install a windshield for outdoor recording to reduce environmental noise.
Why is the wireless signal unstable?
Please note that the wireless signal will be affected and reduced by obstacles in the effective range.
